Terms of Use

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These terms cover your use of Best Pickleball Coaches ("the directory," "we," "us"), a Phoenix-first pickleball coaching directory at bestpickleballcoaches.com. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

What the directory is

Best Pickleball Coaches helps players find local pickleball coaches and helps coaches get connected with players. We are a directory and lead-matching service. We are not a party to any coaching agreement, and we do not process payments between players and coaches.

Launch status

The Phoenix directory is launching. Founding coaches are joining now, and the player launch list is open. Until the directory opens in your city, the forms on this site collect your interest so we can contact you at launch. Features described on the homepage — including live availability and booking — become available when the directory opens.

For coaches: lead credits

• Listing is free. Coaches pay only for lead credits.
• One credit is charged when you accept a lead. Leads you decline are not charged.
• If a lead is unreachable, a no-show, or outside your stated area or level, the credit is refunded.
• Credits do not expire monthly. Credits are not commission on lessons, and we take no cut of what you charge your students — including students you already have.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, including your certifications, rates, and service area.

Checkout is not open yet. Requesting a pack through the form does not charge you. We will confirm pricing and terms with you before any payment is taken.

For players

• Joining the launch list is free and creates no obligation.
• We may share the details you submit (name, level, goals, area) with a coach we match you with. We do not sell your information.
• You are responsible for confirming a coach's qualifications and for your own safety and equipment on court.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, impersonate someone else, scrape or spam the site, or use the forms to send anything unlawful or abusive. We may remove listings or block submissions that violate these terms.

No guarantees

We work to keep listings accurate and leads qualified, but we do not guarantee that a coach will be available, that a player will book, or that any particular result will follow from using the directory.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Best Pickleball Coaches is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any interaction between a player and a coach. Our total liability for any claim relating to the directory is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the directory grows. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
